Return and Refund Policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email tastytechdrops@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will refund or replace it at no cost to you.

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
